This morning Lew and I ran up to Lt.Col Karres change of command ceremony. These are really neat to go watch especially when they involve Jay's unit doing a battle charge! Col Karres and his sweet wife have been great (bosses) and we will miss their friendship.

Quick Trip to Atown

Lane and I decided to take a quick trip up to see the grandparents this past weekend. We missed them too much!
Gone are the days of cute posing pictures. This little guy is so mobile and ON the move always. He is so curious and wants to get into EVERYTHING.

This is a short vid of Lane a couple weeks ago dancing to none other than Michael Jackson. He loves (which is an understatement) to climb on the couch to dance, jump, lay down, or just giggle with you. Up,down, up, down all day long. He has gotten quite good at the getting down part but will still throw himself at the couch and look at you for a boost.

Who do I look like?

My sister sent me these pictures this morning and I couldn't help but be amazed at the Lane resemblances I saw in both. I have always thought Lane looked more like me minus the hair and skin color.

If I let him, he would love to trash dig. I don't know how many times I have to NO NO or don't touch the trash can. blah!

Not sure how much "alike" Lane and Jay look but looks like they have similar fashion sense. Smocking overalls, CHECK! Antique boots, CHECK!

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!!
Lane is "wearing" my old baby shoes. Don't they look so ancient and antique? Gosh, I must have had super skinny feet because we had to cram those suckers on.

Jay got me an Easter gift, BEST EASTER GIFT EVER. The new Apple iPad. Woo Hoo!!
