The Chevelle is here

Jay's baby is finally here (which ironically took 9 months to make.) We received the car on Valentine's Day. It still has some minor touches to finish but we are very happy with it. It turns heads and gets thumbs up all the time. Here are some pics and a short clip.

Lane's Nursery

Well, we are almost done with the nursery. Actually, NO we are done. I have been obsessing about everything being perfect in there and the funny thing is he's sleeping in his bassinet in our room when he gets here. I've completely organized his closet and washed all his clothes, sterilized anything that will touch his sweet little body. We are so ready for him to get here, we can barely stand it!

Lane's Baby Shower

Lane was thrown a great shower in late January by my sister Erin, best friend Andrea, and both grandmothers. It really was a beautiful party that had a lot of thought and planning put into it. I had a really good time and am so glad that everyone made it. Thank you so much. Jay especially thanks Susan for the cake balls. Those were a hit!

So we decided to start a blog. We figured it would be easier to have a centralized location for updates rather than email individuals. We are both new to the this blog thing so bare with us. We will be sure to post as much updates and pictures of Lane as we can.
